  • Submission Deadline: End of the hackathon; all Git repositories and explainer videos must be submitted before 03:00 PM

Eligibility
  • Open to all university students from SE, CS, IT, and related departments.

  • Participants can compete individually or in teams of up to 3 members.

  • All team members must be registered to be eligible for prizes.

Project & Submission Requirements

What to Build:

  • A fully functional mobile app addressing campus collaboration and event management challenges.

  • Must include key modules: event registration, campus feed, discussion boards, feedback, document/resource sharing, attendance, and certificates.

  • Focus on UI/UX, responsiveness, frontend integration, and clean architecture.

  • Work must be original, testable offline, and properly version-controlled.

What to Submit:

  1. Git Repository: Complete code with incremental commits and comments.

  2. Explainer Video (3–5 min): Highlight app features, workflow, and UI/UX.

  3. Optional: Screenshots, diagrams, or supporting documentation.

âš¡ Mandatory: Both the Git repo and explainer video are required for judging.
